The ITIL program enables clients to tackle many of the issues facing organisations today in IT Service Management environments. ITIL defines the organisational structure and skill requirements of an information technology organisation and a set of standard operational management procedures and practices to allow the organisation to manage an IT operation and associated infrastructure. The operational procedures and practices are supplier independent and apply to all aspects within the IT Infrastructure.
ProActive was responsible for introducing ITIL to Australia over 12 years ago and is an industry leader in presenting the widest range of ITIL training and consultancy programs, and is well recognised for providing a professional, practical and realistic approach. They all hold the highest level of accreditation in IT Service Management, “The Manager’s Certificate” with many consultants laying claim to a number of Manager’s level ITIL qualifications. Most recently, the consultants have attended and passed the V3 Manager’s Bridge qualification, giving them “ITIL Expert” status in Version 3.
